I was so thankful that Sunset Ford Service Center provided a shuttle to take me home and then pick me up once my car was completed. It would benefit both the dealership and customers if an appointment could be made for all visits to the dealership. Our last visit was for a driver’s seatbelt issue and tire mobility kit. We had to bring car in and let it stay for unknown number of days. This is inconvenient for customers plus the dealership has cars just sitting on their lot which gives thieves opportunity to steal or damage customers cars. I had to find my own way home that evening. Also the new tire mobility kit was just layer in trunk and not stored in its proper location. More
