I am disappointing by the communication I’m getting from Neil, which is me calling always calling him. Then he tells me to drop it off there but they won’t be able to get it for two or three days, but he wants me to rent a car from you also which increases our cost. Why not just have me bring it in on the third day. I was pretty upset the second time I had to leave my car and also mention this to the shuttle car driver, who said the manager would be calling me. Never received any calls. Neil did work to get me in on a timely manner and I do appreciate this but I just cringe every time I have to deal with Sunset Ford. I tried to call several times and never got through to an actual person. I finally had to use the text option on the website to get someone to call me. New engine replacement failed after two days. Vehicle is dead 160 miles away from dealership and now I have to tow it myself to a Ford dealership that is 50 miles away.
