I was supposed to pick up spare key and have three cargo wall connectors installed. Only one connector was installed, the key was not ready, a piece of plastic interior trim was broken, no protective seat o wall connectors installed. Only one connector was installed, the key was not ready, a piece of plastic interior trim was broken, no protective seat or or floor was used. My vehicle smelled like fuel and oil. Additionally, my paperwork was gone through. After the bad sales and delivering the wrong vehicle I thought they’d make it a right and do the work timely and professionally. Neither were the case. I would NOT recommend purchasing a Ford or having a Ford serviced at Sunset Ford based on these experiences. More
