When you check the air filter you should close the air box otherwise you could ruin the engine. A quick check after service revealed the latches were not closed a the filter was completely exposed. Always good srevice, and insightful. I used to get in line before 7 it took 2-3 hours, which was never an issue because it was first come first serve. Had an oil change appointment for I used to get in line before 7 it took 2-3 hours, which was never an issue because it was first come first serve. Jamey Oliver was my service advisor and was exceptional with his customer service skills as well as his knowledge of the service performed on my vehicle. He was very kind, professional and made sure I was with his customer service skills as well as his knowledge of the service performed on my vehicle. He was very kind, professional and made sure I was taken care of and understood all of the service I had done on my vehicle. He walked me out the door after I checked in and also walked me out when I checked out and along the way he was also greeting other customers as they were arriving.
