Was told that the recalls on my vehicle would be done if I left my car overnight, which I dropped my car off Monday afternoon and didn't get a call that my car was ready until Wednesday. The associate that helped me was new and had a few mistakes, where she was going to charge me for the Oil change on my car which is a rental and was supposed to be free. I didn't have to pay but I had to point that out. Also when I picked my car up, the car was on the lot with the hatch wide open. Good thing I didn't have anything of value in my car. More
