Repair took almost 3 months. Upon return ALL 4 tires lugs were a full 2 turns loose- and ONE lug was completely off. A safety issue that could have resulted in a fatal accident. More

I wanted to apologize as I was under the impression that Jim did not want to meet with Justin since the deductible for the body repairs at the other facility were not refundable. I'm so very sorry for your experience and I do want you to know that I take all feedback from our guests very seriously and while I did not have the opportunity to inspect and/or correct your concerns, they are not taken lightly. Final point: The vehicle was brought in for a wheel replacement - due to lug nut failure. The vehicle was given back to us with ALL 4 wheels 2 turns loose, and one lug nut laying in the housing. Thats the unacceptable component, that is a large safety risk. To me, it seemed like that was not addressed, or understood. stating, " gee, I'm sorry" doesn't match the magnitude of the error. Justin is a business owner. He should have picked up the phone and spoken to Jim. A little late now. Ive already shared the story with 5 people. Evelyn.
