I asked at arrival at 7:30am if the service dept had time for an oil change and was told if I left it there they could finish in a few hours or so, 8 hours later I showed up for an update after not hearing b for an oil change and was told if I left it there they could finish in a few hours or so, 8 hours later I showed up for an update after not hearing back and was told they never got to it and would be another hour, two hours more go by. Took a few different calls to finally get a service appointment scheduled. Overall good experience. Not sure if they were supposed to top of DEF with diesel oil change service, but they did not and I w appointment scheduled. Overall good experience. Repair took almost 3 months. Upon return ALL 4 tires lugs were a full 2 turns loose- and ONE lug was completely off. A safety issue that could have resulted in a fatal accident. We will NEVER use sunset or buy a vehicle from sunset, and will tell everyone we know or our poor experience. Justin (owner) didn’t bother communicating with us even after our request.
