Service was just ok, had some follow up issues. Emission paperwork was not provided by the service department. The oil life monitor was not reset after the oil change. Most of the time parts are required to provide good service. It took way too long to get parts. The unfortunate thing is my service was due to recalls. Once they received the parts they installed quick service. It took way too long to get parts. The unfortunate thing is my service was due to recalls. Once they received the parts they installed quickly. I need to go back for a couple issues that need additional attention. Hopefully we are at the end of issues that require service. More

Very disorganized with my 715 appointment. Then told me I agreed to leave vehicle for 3-4 days when I specificslly said I needed the vehicle at the close of business. I had to call to find out the status at 2 pm and they had not even started. Why make an appointment? Very sad the servuce at Sunset has fallen so badly. I will probably take business elsewhere More
