The only issue I had with this service department was that I originally was told it would only take like 30 minutes. Then when I got there and signed it, it went to 90 minutes; and it was actually clos that I originally was told it would only take like 30 minutes. Then when I got there and signed it, it went to 90 minutes; and it was actually close to 2 hours. Then the paperwork they give you is not true!! I have no idea how they count their time!!! It really makes you doubt that their labor hours they charge you is true!!! Very upsetting in this economic situation in the United States currently. More

I was shocked that my car would be there a minimum of 2 weeks which I wasn’t told until 2 days after it was towed there. I called to check on it and found that out. Male mgr wasted my time Female mgr and guy that helped me with hubcaps was great. Oil changer didn't reset system, didn't check my battery, etc. I had been scheduled for front end alignment, rotation and re with hubcaps was great. This department was a lot better before the strike. Boo on you. More

Great service! ! They always take care or me. However my steering wheel is no longer centered after the alignment. This happened the last time I had an alignment, b ! They always take care or me. This happened the last time I had an alignment, but the service manager at that time let me know he saw it prior to releasing back to me and it was fixed. I have already contacted the service center and will take it back in when I'm able to. Going in vacation next week so will be at some point when I return. My only complaint is why wouldn't they make sure that was straight..? More
