Brought my car in on a Tuesday evening 5/3 for scheduled work on Wednesday. Did not hear from anyone. I called Friday to see what was going on and had to leave a voicemail. No one called back. Monday I call work on Wednesday. Did not hear from anyone. I called Friday to see what was going on and had to leave a voicemail. No one called back. Monday I called again and had to leave 3 separate messages to different people. Late afternoon someone called me back after I called again. I was told they couldn’t find the problem and the guy that was working on my car had been off Friday and Monday. They would get back with me on Tuesday. I called again on Tuesday At that point I was so frustrated that no one had contacted me I just wanted my car back. My car was parked in the last row of the parking lot The man at the desk did get in the car with me and we were able to connect my Bluetooth to my phone etc. he did check to see if I needed an update which I had said in the beginning when I dropped it off the screen comes up asking if I wanted to update. I had tried many times at home but it wouldn’t complete the update. He checked and it hadn’t been updated since March 2020 but said they did not want to update because it may cause more problems. I paid the $165 and was told I have 30 days to come back in without waiting if it happened again. I think I’m mostly upset no one called me and I had to leave 4 messages and nothing was done to my car. More
