Catherin, I am sorry. We have been inundated with the shortage of new vehicles, therefore customers are repairing the vehicles they own which is easily tripling the wait time / service repair time, and it happened in a matter of a few months, so we are doing the best we can. We admit the time it takes should not be this long, but unfortunately with the significant amount of customers requesting service, we are simply trying to address each customer in the order in which they have been received.
