My WRX has been there for over a month and a half for a transmission rebuild. It was originally supposed to take a week and a half, and when they wwere supposed to be done I called and they said they neede transmission rebuild. It was originally supposed to take a week and a half, and when they wwere supposed to be done I called and they said they needed parts. This was apparently supposed to take another week and a half, and when is was time for me to go get it, they told me they still hadn't ordered the parts. They finally got the parts and rebuilt it and once again, it was delayed because they didn't have the shims to mount the tranny. For the entire time my car has been there they have never called me once. I have always had to call them and I have always gotten bad news. This is THE WORST service center I have ever dealt with. DO NOT PATRONIZE WEBSTER GROVES SUBARU!!! More

my car was in there for two months being fixed and when it was returned the check engine light AND the maint req. light was on. I brought it back and it was in the shop for another 2 weeks.
