About a month ago, I bought a new Sportage from your dealership, and I worked with Dave Reichert. I should have reached out much sooner, but I’ve been busy driving this fabulous vehicle. Aside from how pleased I am with Kia in general, I’d like to give a huge shout out to Dave. This is my third Kia, and the first I’ve bought through your dealership. I’ll be back to buy another, hopefully from Dave. If he’s not your favorite employee, he should be. He provided all the information I asked for, played zero games, and most importantly, he was honest with me. I asked Dave to leave me alone for a weekend before I bought, as I had a girls weekend planned, and he actually did. That right there sealed the deal for me. I had been talking to 2 other dealerships, and they called or texted me the whole weekend. Dave touched base on Sunday and I think I picked up the vehicle Tuesday. He took the time with me to show me how everything works, and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. I loathe buying cars because of the whole game and having to play it, but I felt I got a fair deal with your company, and Dave really knocked it out of the ball park with customer service. I’d also like to mention Cory Yacyk, who handled my paperwork, was also fantastic, organized and didn’t try to push warranties in an aggressive way. I actually bought a warranty after he explained why it made sense. So, thank you. I’m sure you hear the xxxxxxxx all the time, but I have zero complaint about my experience. We actually stopped here on a whim after spotting a car we had been looking at online, and Joseph came right out to greet us. From the very beginning he was kind, attentive, and patient. He showed us multiple cars (Elantra, Civic, K4), answered every question honestly, and if he didn’t know the answer, he immediately found it for us. He took the time to compare models, explain features, and really listened to our needs.. especially since the car would be mainly for my wife and reliability was most important. What stood out most was his genuine, no-pressure approach and how he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. When it came time for financing, we worked with Adrialys, who was just as wonderful. She was warm, funny, and extremely thorough in walking us through all of the options. She explained warranties clearly, answered every single question, and made sure we felt completely confident in our choices. She helped us find the right protection packages without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we left with exactly what we were looking for and complete peace of mind. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Since purchasing our 2023 Kia Telluride from this dealership, we have had nothing but issues and recalls with the car. E this place 0 stars, I would. Since purchasing our 2023 Kia Telluride from this dealership, we have had nothing but issues and recalls with the car. Every time we try to schedule an appointment with them, it takes weeks. Then when we would take it in, they wouldn't check what they were doing and we had to bring it in again for the same issue in a matter of weeks. Most recently, we asked them to check on the car pulling to the right after getting our tires rotated with them. They said it must be a bent suspension. They did NOTHING and sent us home with an appointment to come back in two weeks. Since this is our only car, I decided to get the issue checked at another mechanic. Turns out one of our tires was bulging, which was the cause of the issue. The dealer either didn't check what was wrong with the car at all, or saw the tire and sent us home anyway. This is a very dangerous issue, and we drive with 2 babies in our car all the time. When we called about the issue again, they said it wouldn't be covered under warranty, even though it was likely something they did during the tire rotation that caused damage to the tire in the first place. They are the WORST to deal with, if you really want a Kia, PLEASE go somewhere else and save yourself the heartache! More
