Sorry to say I came in AFTER a “discussion “ with another client happened and the service guy at the desk was rolling his eyes to express his displeasure. I can understand that, customers are hard to deal wi client happened and the service guy at the desk was rolling his eyes to express his displeasure. I can understand that, customers are hard to deal with. I spoke with Tammy on the phone to make the appointment and mentioned SEVERAL TIMES that again there was an electrical problem and that the brake lights keep blowing out and that there were other problems as well. Not once did she mention to me that I would have to leave it there. The car might get driven maybe 3000 miles a year, have already replaced brake lights several times ( not only by them ) as a matter of fact I mentioned to please NOT change the brake lights because they charged $70 for a $3 bulb. Came up with my coupon. To reduce the price of an oil change . Now when I first drive up, I’ve never been instructed as to where to park, there was a large truck and another car near the service entrance so I parked the car under the covered part. Someone came out and really put me thru my paces as to how the car should be parked!!! It seemed that EVERYONE was in a terrible mood that day ( except the blond woman behind a desk). and another woman in the front area - Btw the service director Jordan has always been wonderful regardless of how busy he is I realize you may be short staffed Just won’t be returning here for service. This would be a great time to, opportunity, to retrain some ppl.in customer service. Ask me how I know? Pharmacist for MANY years and sales director in a previous life- best of luck Kia in 2025. More
