Why make an appointment We made an appointment online after receiving an email reminding us our truck was due for service. We made the appointment for Saturday, January 26 at 9 am. We showed up a little before 9 and were told that the online appointment system does not work and that we were 6th in line for service. We were told 1 person was working today in service. Ok, you can't control employees showing up for work. I get that. We asked about transportation so we could go eat breakfast. We were told no transportation is offered. I asked if we could leave to get breakfast and be called when our slot is available. I was told that if we left we lose our place in line. I'm sorry, but take your online appointment system down if it does not guarantee an appointment and a half day is wasted waiting on service as if we just walked in. More

Truck was towed in but when I spoke with Neil he said they didn’t know it was there, then couldn’t find the key. I called him when the problem first happened and he put me in touch w roadside assistance yet knew nothing about my truck being there? Neil’s explanation of issue was brief and no repair was actually completed other than resetting computer. Truck went in to limp mode for no clear reason. Courtney has done the most to improve our experience and I look forward to working with her. More

Poor customer service follow-up We bought a used vehicle and had several questions about missing items. When we purchased it, we were told (from general sales manager) they knew the We bought a used vehicle and had several questions about missing items. When we purchased it, we were told (from general sales manager) they knew the guy who traded it in and might be able to reach out to secure the spare key. We sent a follow-up email to him inquiring whether he could reach out to the previous owner regarding the aforementioned spare key, the manual to the car (which wasn’t in the glove box), the remote to the added-on oracle lights (which would do previous owner to good), and the missing center caps to all four tires with no reply. I’m ok with not being able to secure any of these items. I bought a used vehicle after all. However, when you buy a $26,200 used vehicle a reply to your request would be nice. Don’t tell me you might be able to get something then ignore me. Ignoring any email is bad business practice. My job gives me a 24 hour business day window to answer emails because it’s the professional thing to do. The Finance department reached out to me regarding something with down payment. I expressed my concern about this email and lack of a reply to him. He said the aforementioned sales manager no longer works there and that’s why I didn’t receive a response. If a manager quits or gets fired his/her email should be forwarded to someone else to field so this is not a good excuse. He asked me to send the email to him. I did. That was 5 days ago and I still have no reply from him. More
