I had to make a couple of extra trips for the maitainance department to do a new lo jack program but even that was made at my leisure and I was given compensation for my time and gas. Altogether I am very pleased with my 05 Kia Rio and Sunshine chevy. I have family who will be buying from them and friends I am highly recommending to buy from there. More

The price on the used vehicle i bought was very good, and the staff was friendly, but two things that happen will prevent me from going back there again and recommending it to anyone: 1. When purchasing the vehicle the extended warranty was added without us asking for it, or telling us that we would be paying for it. We were told we would get warranty but were not told we would have to pay for it. We only noticed it when we were about to sign the paperwork. Not a very straight forward way of doing business. 2. The second one is worse. After only a week i found a problem with the car intermittently not starting, even though they said they did their extensive mechanical inspection. The part to fix it would only cost $250, but they refused to cover it even though it was clearly missed by their mechanics. Plus the problem was discovered within the first week of driving off the lot. So overall they give a good price, but i would not expect to be taken care off if there are problems with the car. Also read over the paperwork you are signing very carefully to make sure nothing was added that you don't want. More

But beyond price, I also enjoyed many other aspects of my buying experience: -The included AutoCheck report, which was easily accessible on their website, helped me buy with confidence. -Not having to haggle over price was refreshing, I knew I was getting a good deal so there was no reason to haggle. -I had the option to test drive the vehicle alone, without a salesperson riding with me. -The vehicle was as described on the Internet -The many photos on their website were helpful -I got a great financing rate from a preferred lender, even in our current recession I drove over two hours each way to purchase my car and I would recommend anyone else make the trip as well.
