EXCEPTIONAL!! People and services I contacted Sunshine Toyota online after I looked at their vehicles on the lot on a Sunday. I was contacted on Monday and referred To Krista. When h I contacted Sunshine Toyota online after I looked at their vehicles on the lot on a Sunday. I was contacted on Monday and referred To Krista. When her and I started discussing the vehicle we were interested in she knew what we were talking about and she had it ready to drive. She knew everything about the vehicle and was well versed in all the options and how it all worked. Matter of fact.... Everyone we worked with at Sunshine was very pleasant and helpful with us in making our decision on what to purchase. I do like the Sunshine Toyota traffic texts also. We pretty much had decided that we would be purchasing from Sunshine Toyota because we feel the people at Sunshine Toyota truly care about others and have a other centered mentality. They like to help others!! I like that. More

Friendly and trust worthy dealership I called Sunshine Toyota to inquire about a used vehicle and spoke with Jim Froelich. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and whe I called Sunshine Toyota to inquire about a used vehicle and spoke with Jim Froelich. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and when we arrived he had the keys ready for us to take a test drive. The dealership floor was well kept, restrooms were clean, offered coffee/water/soda, donuts as well as popcorn and made use of their cell phone charging systems. To say the least, we were very impressed. Upon taking the vehicle home, we had an issue with the navigation system and Jim/Aimee were able to help us work to resolve the issue. Great customer service, friendly and trustworthy dealership! Highly recommended!! More

Exceptional Purchase experience I bought my 2018 Camry on Nov.18. Randy has provided great service. He is kind and thoughtful. He prepared and cleaned the car early. This was the best experience I have had with any dealership Krista did all the foot work before I got there, she was ready when I walked in, showed me what she had and did not hesitate when I made a decision, s Krista did all the foot work before I got there, she was ready when I walked in, showed me what she had and did not hesitate when I made a decision, she did not have to go back and forth with the sales person, Dennis. They worked with me and I had no pressure. I really had no intention on actually making the sale when I went over. But, they had what I wanted, gave me what I wanted for my car and made the whole process seamless. As I was getting ready to change my stuff from my old car to my new one, Dennis came to me and said they had "a problem" he had gotten a better offer from a different lender and wanted 5 minutes to run that one through. How nice for them to do the best they could for me. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a car. My daughter has a Toyota and I will tell her she must go there for her recalls and other needs. What a great place!!! I had bought my first Toyota in Kalamazoo and it was not the customer service I expect, I even told the salesman upon my first conversation with me, "you do not have to sell me, I know what I want, the only thing you have to do for me is provide great customer service" that didn't happen. I will continue to use Sunshine Toyota and Krista and Dennis when I am in the market for a car or truck!! Thank you for a great experience!!!! More
