This was the best experience I have had with any dealership Krista did all the foot work before I got there, she was ready when I walked in, showed me what she had and did not hesitate when I made a decision, s Krista did all the foot work before I got there, she was ready when I walked in, showed me what she had and did not hesitate when I made a decision, she did not have to go back and forth with the sales person, Dennis. They worked with me and I had no pressure. I really had no intention on actually making the sale when I went over. But, they had what I wanted, gave me what I wanted for my car and made the whole process seamless. As I was getting ready to change my stuff from my old car to my new one, Dennis came to me and said they had "a problem" he had gotten a better offer from a different lender and wanted 5 minutes to run that one through. How nice for them to do the best they could for me. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a car. My daughter has a Toyota and I will tell her she must go there for her recalls and other needs. What a great place!!! I had bought my first Toyota in Kalamazoo and it was not the customer service I expect, I even told the salesman upon my first conversation with me, "you do not have to sell me, I know what I want, the only thing you have to do for me is provide great customer service" that didn't happen. I will continue to use Sunshine Toyota and Krista and Dennis when I am in the market for a car or truck!! Thank you for a great experience!!!! More

Amazing and friendly service It was a rainy busy Saturday and when we walked in we asked if we could test drive a couple of cars. John greeted us right away and began helping us with some of the RAV4's and Venzas's that we wanted to test drive. He was always ready for us when we returned and helped us with any questions we had without being too pushy. I was pleasantly surprised with that because not many people I know including ourselves like a pushy car salesman. He was very professional and a true gentleman! I highly recommend this dealership as we heard great things and it was our first time here and we left with an amazing used car for an AMAZING price that same day!! A very good experience. I had a great experience with this dealership. On my original visit, my wife and I were casually looking at the used cars. After a few minutes, T I had a great experience with this dealership. On my original visit, my wife and I were casually looking at the used cars. After a few minutes, Tyler approached and asked if anyone had helped us yet. I explained that we were just beginning to look for a different vehicle and actually didn't even know what we wanted and just wanted to look. He said he'd be there if we had any questions. He stayed away and we looked at everything from small cars to vans. A freshly washed new van arrived on the lot and we began to look even though a van was probably not what we needed. We did get in though and asked Tyler some questions about it. There was no pressure whatsoever, and he realized that we just wanted to look. We also looked at a used Camry Hybrid. I asked a few questions, and moved on. Later, I researched a little online and became more interested in the hybrid. We came to take another look a week later. Tyler wasn't there, but Dylan came right out. I told him we had talked to Tyler, but he said, " We help each other out." He offered us a test drive. It was an awesome car by the way. We took a test drive, even though it was nearly closing time. Dylan was very helpful. (Now I learn that he is going to Australia! Congratulations Dylan!) Well, I thought more about the hybrid and came back on a Monday only to find out the car had been sold on Saturday. It was raining very hard. We talked to Tyler quite a bit about financing and leasing options and he was very helpful. He pulled a RAV 4 and a Camry up to the door so that we could look them over without getting too wet. As we were walking around the showroom, I couldn't help but notice the good looks of a red Toyota Corolla. My wife and I both sat inside and it seemed very comfortable and was a lot closer to the size of our previous car. It had a nice big discount on the price and the rest is history. Tyler explained all the leasing and financing options and the benefits of both. We ended up leasing for my first time ever. Every person I have spoken with at the dealership has been extremely friendly and helpful. When we leased the vehicle, they pulled it into the service area. We traded our 2001 Honda, and we were getting our things out. Everyone seemed like they were all happy about all of it. Tyler was helping to switch the license plate over. My wife asked, "Does anybody know about phones? A guy said he did. He used her phone and took a picture of us next to our new car. More

Best Salesman Ever Justin starting working on my potential purchase from the beginning.
