Justin Strunk was available, he answered ALL of my questions, worked with me to get the price that I needed.... when he wasn't available he made sure to have a colleague Krista Shields fill in, just because of my schedule.... Drove from Toledo After talking to Krista Shields on the phone about a Venza I found on line,I was a little hesitant about driving 2 hours just to check out a car. I After talking to Krista Shields on the phone about a Venza I found on line,I was a little hesitant about driving 2 hours just to check out a car. I had been searching for a couple weeks in Toledo and found nothing. Krista was very professional, looked over the car I was interesting in and sent me several additional photos. After talking with her a few times she gained my trust and I drove up and purchased the car. She knows her business and listened to our concerns. She worked hard to get us out of there because of a storm coming. The dealership was very nice, clean and treated us like we were buying a new car. Even had the tech guy connect our phones and garage door opener. More

Wonderful Dealership I was getting an older vehicle serviced at Sunshine Toyota and mentioned to Dave (Service Dept) that I was interested in a new car. He introduced me to Justin in the sales department. I had an idea of what I wanted and Justin did a great job helping me get the perfect vehicle. Krista rocks! Krista searched several states looking to find the Tacoma truck I wanted. She found it and had me in it and happily driving back home to Ann Arbor-whe Krista searched several states looking to find the Tacoma truck I wanted.
