When Toyota was coming out with the hybrid RAV Jim remembered that I was interested and called me and has kept me informed of the timeline for delivery. Straightforward Sales My wife and I recently purchased a new 2016 Toyota Corolla SE from Sunshine and the staff there made is as painless as possible. Being a younger coupl My wife and I recently purchased a new 2016 Toyota Corolla SE from Sunshine and the staff there made is as painless as possible. Being a younger couple it was refreshing to be treated with the same amount of seriousness towards purchasing a car that an older couple usually gets when we first showed up wanting to test drive a few different cars. I also liked that the sales team had no problem with us test driving cars without staff accompanying us. It allowed us to openly discuss the pros and cons without having someone else defend things we didn't like. Jim helped us after another staff member (I can't remember his name but he wears a brown jacket a lot); after a couple test drives of cars we were interested in and talking to Jim as to what we were looking for, he directed us to the new Corolla SE since it had a lot for the features that we were looking for. We continued to look at other cars for about a week before returning for a second look. As for the car purchase itself, it was good, although I don't believe that someone can have an "amazing" experience purchasing a car given the amount of paperwork and time needed to complete the sale. Toyota's current 0% APR for 60 months was better than the financing that we arrived with and made it cheaper in the long run than saving more cash upfront and having to pay interest on the loan. The dealership has a very, very nice waiting area with comfortable couches, coffee, pop, snacks, and TV which made the time pass by. Of course we were offered extras that we were not interested in, but it wasn't pushy and honestly I would have been suspicious if Jim and Aimee hadn't offered any up-sales on the car. In short, it was a straightforward sale and we walked away feeling that we got a fair price for a new car with lots of bells and whistles (that we wanted), Jim and Aimee treated us fairly and I'd suggest Jim as being the salesperson to contact if you are looking for a Toyota. More
