We were greeted promptly when we went to talk about a new car. We had visited this dealership after hours previously while looking. (We did stop by a few years ago when we were looking to rent a car for a va car. We had visited this dealership after hours previously while looking. (We did stop by a few years ago when we were looking to rent a car for a vacation and a salesperson very kindly let us sit in a model of car we could rent to check how it fit. That model car didn't work at that time, but we were treated well even when we said we weren't looking to buy.) We have a friend who is on her second Toyotas Camry and our son and daughter-in-law purchased a used one last year. We have heard good reports of these vehicles. Mr. Froelich was friendly, answered our questions, asked us questions and helped us find the right car for us. We considered a hybrid and ended up a little confused about the cargo space because of the battery, but we looked at several cars and models before doing a test drive. We are musicians and need a car we can load all of our music gear in. Jim encouraged us to take a car home during the test drive and load our gear to make sure it fit. (We live only a few blocks away.) We found that the Camry would work for our needs. When signing all the paperwork and looking at warranty options, Trey explained the plans available, but wasn't pushy when we opted for a minimal plan. We haven't had to deal with the service department yet, but did see it and met one of the ladies in that area. We think we will be very happy with our purchase and dealing with Sunshine Toyota. More
