My Saleman Jim was very easy to work with, very knowlegable about the brand and easy to work with. Even the financing portion was very pleasent. The finance manager Paul was easy to work with, no pressure on any extra item I did not want, he printed out the paper work, explained everything and we were done in a matter of a few minutes. Jim and the staff worked with me and took the time to locate the truck that I wanted. Even after a dealer trade had to be made, there was no pressure to purchase the truck. Jim did a great job with meeting all of my needs. He was very patient with me as I worked through the process of selecting a car (for me, it was a very long process!).
