This is my 4th Toyota I have purchased from Sunshine Toyota. I got quotes from several other Dealerships, but Sunshine beat them all. Dennis and the crew at Sunshine Toyota exceeded our expectations in the purchase of our new 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited, which was also our first new car purchase. I was quite frustrated with local dea expectations in the purchase of our new 2011 Toyota Sienna Limited, which was also our first new car purchase. I was quite frustrated with local dealers in the Omaha NE and surrounding area, as noone had what we wanted, could not tell me when they would receive more inventory, and just wanted to sell me what they had in stock! One thing that pleasantly surprised me on the Sunshine Toyota web-site was that they displayed actual photos of 80% of the NEW inventory that they had for sale! Every other Toyota web-site that I visited had stock photos of their inventory! They also had a no-nonsense / low-pressure sales approach, which I really appreciated. All of my questions were answered patiently and with promptness! Dennis also made arrangements for me to fly into Chicago and meet me there to pickup the van. They were great people, and even called to check up on me as I drove the 7 hours from Chicago to Omaha! I would highly recommend sunshine Toyota for all of your new card needs! On Sept 1, 2011, we purchased a 2011 Camry. The sales people were courteous and fun to work with, especially our salesman, Jim Froelich. Jim was quick to get the keys for any vehicles we were interested in checking out; he was very knowledgeable regarding the specs on all the cars. Once we made our decision which car to buy, the process of purchasing our new Camry was lenghty. We spent about five hours at the dealership between looking at the cars, making a selection, filling out the papers, etc.; we understand the paperwork and approval process takes time however we were pretty stressed by the time we left the dealership. From a consumers perspective, one suggestion is to improve on the time it takes to process the purchase, run the credit reports, close the deal and prep the car for delivery. My husband and I would have welcomed a proposed appointment time to return, sign everything and take delivery on the new Camry. This is our second Camry purchase from Sunshine. We purchased a new Camry in 2000 and still have the vehicle. Our experience(s) with Sunshine are always satisfying. Thank you for being one of the priemer dealerships in the Battle Creek Community. Dennis was very helpful. He was able to work with my budget. He also took care of some problems with the car (bad wiper blades and crack in windshield) before we drove it home. We had a wonderful experience when buying our "new" used car with Jim Froelich. We had been looking at another car at a dealership in our hometown of Grand Rapids, but the salesman was pushy and "new" used car with Jim Froelich. We decided to take a ride to Battle Creek and check out a couple of cars at Sunshine.It was well worth the drive. They closed at 4 on saturday and we got a late start to look at and test drive the car but he was patient and we never felt rushed.We felt we got a great deal on a great car. Thanks Jim!! I was blown away by the willingness of the dealership to work with me and my wife with our trade in. We knew that we had negative equity and we knew it was going to be a challenge. I had been working with another dealer and they refused to negotiate on the trade in of my car and offered a aweful low trade in price. When I spoke with Dennis he told me that they would do their very best to make it work. In the end they gave us what we felt was a fair trade, found an awesome loan on the car and delivered on everything they promised. I will continue to refer anyone I know to Sunshine Toyota and Dennis! Finally, an honest and ethical dealership that wants to earn your business. More
We ordered our Prius in May but it was not available at the time. Our Salesperson, Jim Froelich, kept in touch with us.
