I didn't believe I could purchase a new car due to having an existing car that had negative equity and my credit wasn't the best. Chad and the financial guys made it happen for me. With much effort on their part, they were able to get a lower interest rate and within 3 1/2 years, I should be done with my negative equity that was added on the new car. I will still have a nice car and could buy a new car or trade it in, or keep it. I am very happy with my new car. It is a step up from my matrix as far as the ride and the room. I so appreciate the great customer service and the extra effort those three gentlemen put into getting me into a new car. They believed in me and I am a returning customer to that dealership. I am very thankful and those three gentlemen have the best customer service skills. Thank you. More

I had been driving a 1997 Ford F150 since 2000. So after 11 years and 123,000 miles I decided it was time to upgrade. I had been looking at 04/05 Nissan Maxima's for around $12,000-$16,000 but the vehicles 11 years and 123,000 miles I decided it was time to upgrade. I had been looking at 04/05 Nissan Maxima's for around $12,000-$16,000 but the vehicles had 60,000+ miles. Then a Nissan Altima was brought to my attention at Sunshine Toyota. The Altima was an 08 with 27,000 fully loaded and it looked like it had never been driven. The Altima was nearly $18,000 which is more than I wanted to spend but for the condition of the car and for how new it was I was willing to spend the extra money. I got down to Sunshine Toyota as quick as I could and started looking for the car. About that time it came rolling back into the lot with a couple who were just finishing a test drive. I looked the car over and took a test drive but was hesitant about the money. Jim Froelich recommended putting some money down to hold the car if I was interested. Again I was hesitant but put a credit card on file to hold the car. Good thing Jim talked me into it because the other couple called while we were doing paperwork to put a deposit on the car. I got the car and I couldn't be happier... Fantastic car...totally worth the money and I am very glad Jim talked me into the deposit. It would have been awful to let that car slip away. More

I had never been to Sunshine Toyota before, but after looking at tons of cars online, they had the best selection and their ratings here were so good I figured it was a pretty safe bet. I went there only intending to look at the car and get some financing information, but Dennis and the finance staff made the whole process so easy and pressure-free that it was an easy decision to make the purchase. That was probably the best thing about working with Sunshine, no pressure. I've been to other dealerships where they make it seem like if you walk away from the car you're making a huge mistake and you'll regret it for the rest of your life, there was none of that at Sunshine Toyota, just friendly people trying to be helpful! From the first visit to the final sale, Chip (salesman) was very attentive, informative, friendly and available but not pushy. I am a single mother recently divorced. My car that I have owned since 2003 has been falling apart a little at a time. It was time to start looking. My sister works for Denso and she said lets just look at Toyota. Our family has always been American vehicles and we did compare closely. We met Randy and right away he made me feel comfortable. He was honest and assuring and allowed the many questions that we had. Everyone else in the office was talking to us as well, considering my sister and I are both quite talkative its hard to not engage in conversation with us when we are together. We were very happy with the service we received at Sunshine Toyota. We had been searching for a vehicle for 3 weeks and were having a hard time getting anyone to return our calls. My husband called after business hours and left a message. Dennis Walters returned our call later that night saying that he had received our message and would call in the morning. And he did. My husband asked for him to email more pictures of the vehicle and he did. The questions my husband asked about the vehicle over the phone were answered truthfully, which we found out after we drove over an hour to see the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and accomodating. The price was fair and we are thrilled with our new (to us) van! More

We found the 2003 Honda Odyssey on autotrader.com. That evening i called after hours and left a message for Dennis. He called me back later that evening. We live a 1hr. and 20mins. away so i wanted to know if it was worth driving there. When we arrived later that day, we found the van to be everything that Dennis said it was.
