I recently purchased a used GMC Sierra 1500 from Sunshine Toyota in Battle Creek. The Sunshine Toyota team pushed to fix a faulty rear turn signal and ensure that the used truck that we purchased was in excellent working condition and with us in time to face a harsh winter storm (which the truck has performed excellently in!). My experience with the Sunshine Toyota team makes me believe that they are sincerely vested in the auto-reliability and financial well-being of their customers. I was lied to and cheated. Never went to a dealership before where you could not or were prevented from talking to the financial manager. I never agreed to the inflated price and hidden charges. I was rushed around and prevented from seeing the paperwork. It was stuck in the glove compartment. No guarantee on " Zurich Shield"- can not even tell if it it on. "Rental" fees for the lease were 5 times higher than the last car of comparable value, I leased. The salesman just said "the state law allows us to do it- like tax your deposit twice and charge you up front for the $350 fee that is supposed to be determined at the end of the lease. They do not even have the money I put down correct. Two papers.... two different amounts. The car is steady and OK but the promised mileage is another "inflated" figure. I can get the same on my 2007 Hybrid as I am getting on the 2022 Hybrid. More

This was the very best experience I have ever had with purchasing an automobile and this goes back to my very first purchase at a dealership in 1983. Everybody was incredibly helpful. I really had just about given up the search and threw in the towel on dealerships when Aaron gave me a call back after my inquiry online. When we walked through the doors immediately we could tell this place was different than the others. Everyone at this dealership was exceptional and 100% I will be back. From my salesman Aaron, to the finance guru Steve and ending off with the awesome instruction of Adrian on all the vehicles features and uses the entire experience was hassle free and everyone there made my family and I feel like we were appreciated which was a 180 degree difference from what we took away from the other dealerships we tried working with. Like I said when it comes time for another vehicle we will be back. More

Was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Flew in from out of town and was met at the airport and brought straight to the dealership. Very quick and responsive during price negotiations.
