If you’re looking for a great Toyota Sales rep, check out Tim Robertson! I didn't have Toyota contact and I saw a new Crown Signia that was due to arrive. I sent an inquiry email and Tim responded right awa Tim Robertson! I didn't have Toyota contact and I saw a new Crown Signia that was due to arrive. I sent an inquiry email and Tim responded right away. He was very responsive to all questions, set up an appointment for test drive and we looked at the arrival dates of the new inventory. We settled on a car and he kept me informed thru the whole process (shipped-rail-delivery)! We had a bad winter storm when it was delivered and he contacted to reschedule so I didn't have to drive home in bad weather conditions - so nice! If you are in the market for a new Toyota, do yourself a favor and contact Tim! I'm glad to be back in the Toyota family! More
