We were in the market for a used Lexus GX 460. After locating and test driving a few different ones, we found a 2018 at Sunshine Toyota thru Autotrader. I made contact with them and was put in touch wi locating and test driving a few different ones, we found a 2018 at Sunshine Toyota thru Autotrader. I made contact with them and was put in touch with Krista Shields. Sunshine Toyota is about 100 miles away from our residence. Krista was quick to answer any questions about the vehicle we had and because of its distance - I wanted to know everything including any scratches, dings or dents etc... Krista quickly sent me some pics of some scratches in the back cargo area and a little flaw in one of the rear seats. Then she said they were going to have that all fixed. Sure enough - within 24 hours she sent the after pics. Amazing how they can get scratches out of plastic. We set up a day and time to look at the car - expecting to purchase it assuming it was in as good of shape as Krista mentioned - and we were a little short for time. We were driving back home from a skiing trip and on the way home we were to pass this dealership. When we arrived at the dealership - Krista had the car waiting in front - fully detailed and was ready with all the paperwork. We were literally in and out in under 45 minutes. Needless to say - we were very happy with the condition of the vehicle and the whole experience.
