When we saw what looked like a good fit for us, we worked with Sunshine staff to nail down a lot of the details before we drove over from Portage. Not a bad drive, and worth the trip. When we arrived, John Gessner provided excellent help throughout the purchasing process. No pressure, just answered all our questions and took care of the details. Two weeks after the sale and still waiting on paperwork I found myself continually chasing the sales consultant (Nick Gast) to follow up with me on paperwork and copies of documents. Sadly, it is now two w I found myself continually chasing the sales consultant (Nick Gast) to follow up with me on paperwork and copies of documents. Sadly, it is now two weeks past the sale date and I still don't have documentation that should have been provided when I purchased the vehicle (not the least to which was certified warranty information). The last contact I had was the following from eight days ago: "Good morning Jeff I have all the documents gathered. Will send them out today in the mail. Before I send it I will scan over the certified book." Needless to say, I have yet to receive the documents. Nick is young, and therefore perhaps still learning. However, that's no excuse for failing to do what you say you'll do. In a business built on referrals and reputation, there remains plenty of room for improvement. More
