My experience was not a good one during this visit. The center kept my car for eleven days. They would not offer a loaner car even though I was paying $3,500. I was told for insurance purposes. I would call about the progress of my vehicle but would have to leave a message with Kaitlin (No matter what time of day I called), only to not have her to return my calls. She finally reached out after 4 days via text message. She did not communicate the status of my vehicle very well. I ultimately missed work, because I could no longer afford my rental after one week. I was told that my vehicle would be available on the following Tuesday but did not hear anything until days later. I also, asked Kaitlin that since they had my vehicle so long if they would add an emission and inspection. She informed me that they would add that service, and informed me of the additional cost. However, they did not do the safety and emission, and I was to bring it back in, after them having my car for 11 days. When I finally picked up my vehicle, the person checking me out was rude and told me that I had to pay an additional fee for using my credit card for the $3,500. I will never return to Suntrup. More
