Tim Bacon wrote the service order correctly. The service tech or someone in the department did not follow through. I stated to let me know if anything needed attention since the vehicle is comin The service tech or someone in the department did not follow through. I stated to let me know if anything needed attention since the vehicle is coming up on 40,000 miles. I was told everything was fine. After I was home almost an hour later I received a text/email stating there were 8 issues that needed attention. Why was I not told that while I was still at the dealership so I could have taken care of them. Now I have to make another appointment and bring my vehicle back in and spend more time sitting there. I was also surprised to find out if I wanted to use my GM CREDIT CARD I would need to pay an additional 3%. More

Very poor service. This is the 3rd time in a row, and final time, they have failed to properly service my vehicle. They also recommend items for service that are not re This is the 3rd time in a row, and final time, they have failed to properly service my vehicle. They also recommend items for service that are not recommended by GM. They sent an email stating that immediate attention was required. The service was an oil additive. In fact the owners manual specifically states that no additives are required if GM Dexos oil is used. So Suntrup is trying to sell the customer that isn’t needed and is of no benefit. The service manager and general manager were not the least concerned. More
