EXCEPTIONAL Quality Service, Sales, and NO PRESSURE !!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH....THESE GUYS NEED 6 -----!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited many of the key player dealerships in the St. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH....THESE GUYS NEED 6 -----!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I visited many of the key player dealerships in the St. Louis area (McMahon, Elco, Bommarito, Lou Fusz) and CLEARLY some of them tried to run the game on me but I shut all of that drama down and walked away. I visited the Suntrup car lot after normal business hours (to avoid the salesman hassle) and noticed an Avalanche that looked pretty awesome. I went home and sent them an email using their website to the attention of the Internet Manager (Eric Trigg). Eric responded the next business day and this guy is SPECTACULAR. I flat out told him that I hated salesman and I just wanted some clear cut information on the car. He provided me exactly what I requested in a matter of minutes. He also stated that he was not a pressure salesman and would not contact me unless I approved for him to call. Well I was simply floored by his kindness and chose to come in the next day in 100 degree plus temperatures and asked for the keys to look at the car. Again, NO PRESSURE from him AT ALL. I reviewed the car closely and provided him the keys and asked some additional question in which he did not have the immediate answers because he wasn't the salesperson that brought the car in HOWEVER he went to locate the person so I could get a true explanation as to what the deal was. We talked for a few minutes and I told him that I would come back on a cooler day to take the car out for a test drive. He said "no problem" and just give him a call whenever I wanted to come up. I showed up 2 days later, took the car for a test drive and researched the CarFax and everything was spot on (1 previous owner, miles were 2000 less than the national average) AND the car was priced well within everything that I could find find using (Edmunds, KBB, CarGurus, etc.) It just so happened that I found another Avalanche which had reduced in price by $2,000 less than the one at Suntrup, and I could have easily gotten that one but I wasn't going through the drama of starting all over again PLUS these guys were absolutely great to me. I told him that I would be more than happy to buy the car because of the "No Pressure" attitude they demonstrated. I met "James" who is I believe is the dealership manager, as well as Kyle and again, those folks are WONDERFUL. I closed today with one of the Finance Managers (Stacey) who AGAIN was no pressure, explained EVERYTHING clearly in layman's terms and she went over my rights as a buyer and over the warranty details as well as all financial documents and clearly explained payments, interest rates, terms of the contract, etc. I never felt rushed to just get it over with. And it just so happened that one of my own employees purchased a new GMC Terrain from this exact same dealership within the last year and he was more than happy with their service and I had a chance to experience it personally. Very pleasant. No negative surprises. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Finance manager was friendly and easy to work with. Although he didn't seem to want us to get a quote from our credit union even though they worked with the dealer. To me, itt was like, why is that? Does this benefit the dealer or the customer? Sales person did not show us how various electronic items or features worked. I realize it was a slightly used car, but when my last used car was purchased at another leading St. Louis dealership the salesman took the time to show us everything including setting a few things for us. I guess I should have asked and I'm sure he would have shown us. As a result I have been looking through the manual trying to figure out what features I had on this Buick, how they worked, and what features didn't come with the car. I wrote a book on customer service and believe me, it is the extra pleasant surprises that really had up to exceptional service. Having a satisfied customer is not the goal! A satisfied customer is the lowest form of customer loyalty. Doing more than is expected is what sets you apart today! More

So i usually don't post reviews but I have to throw some shout outs, I've been rolling in some less than reliable transportation for quite some time. That being said, i decided last week to pull the trigger on a new vehicle. My good friend Hollie McElroy at Suntrup Buick GMC in Saint peters had me come in to discuss. I have less than perfect credit and was confident she would not be able to help me into a car I would like. I made it clear to Hollie that I was pretty confident we wouldn't be able to make much of a deal. Let me tell you a little about sales tactics. I've been in sales for many years and in my experience, a car salesman is always a high pressure individual. That being said, I have never had such a relaxed, pleasant buying experience in my purchasing history. I purchased a 2013 Buick Lacrosse. This process was not quick, because of my credit position. The process finalized on the 5th day. This is not at all because of Hollie or the fantastic finance expert Stacey warren-Carter. They worked diligently to make this happen and they were in steady contact with me. I'm not quite sure how the finance expert went from one extreme to another with financing options, but she was. If anyone needs a car, or just wants to look, give Hollie a call. I personally guarantee you a comfortable, no pressure environment and process. Not one time did I feel that Hollie was not focused on my best interests. So give her a call, I know you'll be as happy as I am about the whole process. Excellent customer service I'd called that morning to see if I could get in to get an emissions test and was told to bring my vehicle on in. I made it there in about 15 minutes, the service department got me in and out in about 30 minutes! Yaaaay! I was able to get all of my things taken care to get my license tabs before I went to work, which was my goal. Great service guys! More
