So I found a car that I liked and drove to your dealership to trade cars I even brought my title thing I’m going to trade. But when the salesman came back with a offer of $32,000 I told him what I had been offered he went to the manager and the manager said that that appraisal was for a 2022 Hyundai Calligraphy and not a SEL. Well that’s a bunch of bull because my vin number told them what model of Hyundai I had, so I left your dealership quite unhappy! I don’t thank that practice is very good but I understand why you do it but it didn’t work with me. I don’t know if I will try to buy an auto from your dealership again.
