Upon going to the dealership I got to talk to Harlan Swartz Found the car I wanted online and emailed Eric Tigg and he responded to within 20mins!!! Upon going to the dealership I got to talk to Harlan Swartz while Eric was out sick and he was very helpful and honest about the car I was looking at. The car had piqued the interest of an Illinois family and he was honest with me that they were looking to buy the car but told me to go ahead and come back that Saturday with my mom and we would see what we could make happen. Upon returning on Saturday, I got the chance to work with Eric in detail and we were able to get the car I wanted within 45mins of me being in the dealership. He answered all of my questions as well as took the time to explain everything to me about the car. After filling out all the paperwork with Eric I was sent to Kyle in the finance department who was able to secure me a loan in no more than 20mins with an excellent interest rate. He was very thorough in describing what all was involved with my financing and what all I needed to do in order to get the title and estimating my sales tax. Overall I had a great experience and i would refer them to anyone looking for a new or used car! Keep up the great work guys!! More

Alloy Wheel Theft Issue WAYNE BURNS and CHAD gave me the best customer service this weekend! They helped me find an alloy wheel cap that was stolen off of my 2011 Buck Regal. WAYNE BURNS and CHAD gave me the best customer service this weekend! They helped me find an alloy wheel cap that was stolen off of my 2011 Buck Regal. I honestly was so upset on Friday afternoon when discovering the theft. Wayne promptly helped me the entire day and into the weekend. He promptly contacted me on Monday morning with a solution and I now have my wheel cap ordered. He was not only concerned about the alloy wheels but was even concerned about my safety, as I told him I would have to text him back later in the day after some driving I had to do. He urged me to not text and drive! Chad worked diligently to find me the part and for this I am so very grateful! I work at an Allstate insurance agency and will be sending our clients to Suntrup Buick in St. Peters for their new car needs! These guys deserve more than just a pat on the back. More
