Love the customer Service I just purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 from Suntrup. Over the past 6 mths, I had been searching for a specific color, both interior and exterior on I just purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 from Suntrup. Over the past 6 mths, I had been searching for a specific color, both interior and exterior on the internet. I looked in all states, called several places. Never receiving the information or no one could tell me if that particular one was in stock. No other dealer worked with me from out of state the way Dale Riley and his team did. On the day I came to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned, gassed up and waiting for me in the parking lot. They probably do this for all customers, but I felt special that day!! Thank you for making my experience with Suntrup a good one. If in the future I am in need of another vehicle I will come to Suntrup first. Dale, Thank you for working with me and my family. Best car buying experience we ever had . We had been looking around and driving different cars Honda ,Toyota and we have always bought and own foreign cars so we got to the lot and Eric was pretty busy he had a few customers he was helping at that time but did not make us wait . Eric was a super nice guy he set us up to test drive a few certified cars on the lot and answered all our questions and told us of the warrenty and history of the cars we were interested in . We chose the Verano it road better than the larger cars and much better than the toyota or accord we were thinking of getting . OK now comes the part I hate buying the car HOW MUCH $ and what can $ I get on my trade in . Eric and I came up with a deal quickly and that was great I could not believe how easy this went the price of the car was right our trade in was right warrenty was great and the extras they were doing was done in a day and done right by service manager John Danner . My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at Suntrup and as I told Eric they have earned my future business and anyone I can direct their way we will .
