had the absolute WORST experience with this car dealership and I’m going to tell EVERYONE I know not to EVER buy from this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They sold me a Jeep with bad ro dealership and I’m going to tell EVERYONE I know not to EVER buy from this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They sold me a Jeep with bad rotors and a bad radio and did not try to help me fix it. They did fix the rotors after Allstar Jeep checked my Jeep out because it started jerking when I put my foot on the brakes and told me the rotors were bad! But the radio is a different story! I bought a warranty from Suntrup when I purchased my Jeep and the warranty company would only pay for a re-manufactured radio and would only cover a partial amount for a brand new one! There were no re- manufactured ones available and there was no ETA for one so I had to get a new one. Since Suntrup sold me a car with a bad radio they should have covered the portion that the warranty company wouldn’t. The salesman said they would pay for it but never did and instead I had to come out of $900 for a radio on a car that I just bought. They just sold me a vehicle and just left me out there to fix things myself. I couldn’t even get a complimentary gas card or anything!!! They didn’t care AT ALL!!! Is this what you are about? Selling people bad vehicles and leave them out there to dry? This is not good customer service. I will be contacting the BBB and your headquarters. I will not let this go!!! I was excited about purchasing a new vehicle and you took away all the excitement and left me in despair!! The WORST!! More

After a bad experience with Service from Bommarito Buick GMC trying to take me for a ride and treating me poorly I called Don with service at Suntrup Buick GMC. I told Don that I had a 2019 GMC Terrain that GMC trying to take me for a ride and treating me poorly I called Don with service at Suntrup Buick GMC. I told Don that I had a 2019 GMC Terrain that has been performing poorly and possibly indicating that the turbo charger was failing. I also explained to him that Bommarito had told me that the turbo was a non covered item. Don quickly set the record straight and verified that the turbo would be covered under MFG warranty and re routed me back to them so that they can address the issue. I got there and registered the car for service and they got me on my way home without a problem. They’re doing their job by taking care of the customer and it shows More
