Trustworthy Long Distance Truck Purchase I could not have found a better salesman and dealership staff to make my big truck purchase from. I bought this truck sight unseen from Pittsburgh,PA. The pictures online were enough to see that this 2016 GMC 2500 Denali was taken care of. I put some money down Eric Trigg took care of the rest with great customer service. He and I stayed in constant contact with text and calls to work out the rest of the details. During the month that it took me to get a flight to Missouri, he took care of getting it under coated, rustproofed, and polished up. On the purchase date, he scheduled Zack to give me a ride from the airport and had all the paperwork ready to finalize upon arrival. The whole process went down without a hitch except for what turned into fifteen hour ride back to Pittsburgh in a snowstorm. After a couple weeks the truck is perfect and I have zero regrets for choosing Suntrup Buick GMC. Great work!! More

I thought I would never lease a vehicle until I leased my first vehicle with Hollie 20 months ago. Hollie even took an extra hour and a half two days after my purchase to go over all the options/buttons in the vehicle. I will always go back to Suntrup and ask for Hollie to help me anytime I lease any new GM vehicle in the future. Overall, my experience with Suntrup Buick-GMC was awesome. Exceptional experience from beginning to end. A week ago I bought a loaded CPO Chevy Cruze from Suntrup, & I couldn't be happier. The price was already excellent when I found my ideal car onli A week ago I bought a loaded CPO Chevy Cruze from Suntrup, & I couldn't be happier. The price was already excellent when I found my ideal car online, but it was still beyond my budget. I exchanged a few polite, friendly emails with Eric Trigg & wasn't at all surprised that they couldn't meet my budget as the car was already deeply discounted. Two weeks later this car came up again in my searches. On a whim, I emailed Eric to remember me if for some reason the price dropped to X amount. And to my utter amazement, they just took the deal! No haggling, No manipulation. Just "come in & get your new car." I fully expected some "dealer trickery" when I arrived at the dealership. But there were no such tactics. The deal was the deal, & there were no additional charges or other shenanigans. I also expected to be treated poorly considering the low price I paid, But, no. I was treated like I bought an expensive luxury car. Everyone was friendly, professional, & attentive. Eric was even happy to install the temporary plates in the pouring rain! Sometimes you get lucky. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price I wanted to pay & the experience from beginning to end was nothing short of stellar.
