I was surprised at the level of service I received. I've never enjoyed going to a dealership as it always seemed like a dealer was trying to upsell on stuff you didn't need. There has been an ongoing issue with a cosmetic sunroof component, which appears to be more decorative than functional, and its original design has made it difficult to keep securely in place. Despite this, the service team has been consistently responsive, addressing the issue promptly each time it occurred. I truly appreciate their patience, persistence, and commitment to finding a lasting solution. It’s clear they have gone above and beyond, and I am grateful for their efforts. Being able to enjoy my sunroof again genuinely enhances my day and brings me a great deal of happiness. Thank you all for your dedication and excellent service. More

The service was serviceable. The unfortunate part was the surcharge for using a credit card which was not disclosed. Very infuriating to find that later on my credit card. Within weeks of purchasing my 2021 Nissan Rogue and putting $5,000 down, the vehicle began having problems, including starting issues, malfunction warnings, and failing emissions with an active fault code. I’ve now had to pay out of pocket for a battery, and I’m still left without answers or assistance. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability. I’ve reached out and have not received any meaningful response or solution. Being asked to leave additional reviews before addressing the problem only adds to the frustration. More
