This is the second car I've bought from Tony and I can tell you I will never go anywhere else. He listened to what I wanted in a used vehicle and gave me some great options. They got me in a SUV that fit my needs and price and most of all they did it quickly. The Dodge Journey I bought is comfortable, roomy, and just a beautiful all around vehicle. It was the first vehicle he showed me. I test drove it and fell in love. Texane was wonderful getting me a loan approved that also fit my payments and loan term. Her get it done attitude is something everyone should strive for. She got the loan quick, asked me if my payments were ok, and that was it. She is very valuable to your dealership and you are very lucky to have her as an employee. The last person I saw was Lindsey. He had all my paperwork in order as usual, explained everything clearly to me, I signed and I was out the door in my car like that. No fuss, no muss. I will recommend those 3 people and your dealership to everyone and I have.It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tony, Texane, and Lindsey and I hope to do business with Suntrup Hyundai in the future. I actually started my search for my car online. I talked with Tony several times. Even though the car I was interested in was sold over the weekend he searched for another one and found one at Suntrup Niss with Tony several times. Even though the car I was interested in was sold over the weekend he searched for another one and found one at Suntrup Nissan next door. He had it brought over and my husband and I went down and test drove the car. I loved it immediately and was given more for my trade in than I expected. While they were doing the state inspection and cleaning the car up we walked down the street to get a bite to eat. There was no pressure at all and was a very pleasant experience. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years and was very happy with the whole process. I would definitely recommend Tony and this dealership to any one. More

Had our eye set on a 2013 Elantra and my wife and I met Jake who was gentleman from start to finish. We walked to meet Jake on the lot, who greeted us, and was very friendly throughout. He got us in no time for a test drive and back to his desk to hammer out the paperwork for the purchase and trade in. Jake was very professional and knowledgable during our purchase. Jake helped with the setup of the Bluetooth and changing of the plates and we were on our way. Linzie the Finance man was also a pleasure to meet when finalizing the loan details. The Suntrup Hyundai (S. Lindbergh) purchase for us was a very pleasurable one. Jake and Linzie were good guys to us and the price on the 2013 Elantra was very fair. We would recommend Suntrup Hyudai and Jake to our friends and neighbors and more than likely a future purchase will be made at this location in the future. More

On a scale of 1-10, Tony Schumann is a 15! He is very professional in his approach. His product knowledge is just incredible. It's hard to mix business with personal. The day I bought my Elantra everything seemed perfect. Everyone that crossed my path smiled and was truly friendly. I did deal with a finance person named Ji bought my Elantra everything seemed perfect. Everyone that crossed my path smiled and was truly friendly. I did deal with a finance person named Jimmy who mainly spoke with my husband on the phone. Jimmy offered an extended warranty and agreed with my husband for us to pay $1,100 instead of $1,200 which is what was charged. I called him a few days after we received our information from Suntrup stating the $1,200 and was told we would get reimbursed the $100. We never heard from Jimmy and did not receive the $100 either. I came to get an oil change on 6-25-12 and spoke with Tony and Fred about the situation. Tony stated he was going to reimburse the $100. I would also like to mention my experience getting my first oil change kept me waiting for at least and hour in twenty minutes. I feel it is necessary to inform people how long it will take for the oil change especially if they are to sit and wait. When I went to check out they had me listed to pay. That really upset me because the appointment was initially set up by Tony who also informed me it was free under the Magic program and I was told to pay around $33.00. You would think someone would have asked me or it was recorded when the initial appointment was made. To me that is not customer service. When a person is pulled up in the system, and it doesn't matter if your scheduling a doctors appointment or an oil change they should be asking so many questions. After they figured out I was on the Magic program it seemed to bother Joe in maintenance to have to fix the problem because I heard a big frustrating grunt which made me feel I was bothering him after I waited that long to get a simple oil change. I am truly sorry for venting but if I treated my patients at work in these specific ways our patients would go somewhere else for treatment. More
Tony made our visit a pleasant experience. We did not feel pressured in any way, shape or form. He was well informed on his product and was able to answer any and all questions in a knowledgeable and pro feel pressured in any way, shape or form.
