Conveniently located, friendly staff, and understanding people with patience and compassion. I felt more like a guest than a customer which to me is very important. I had to get a new car this year, althou people with patience and compassion. I felt more like a guest than a customer which to me is very important. I had to get a new car this year, although financially it would have been easier for me next year. Paul Goodin took his time to show me options and gave me time to think through numbers. I went back two weeks later, feeling better because I wasn't rushed or pushed into any situation. Kati Patterson was EXCEPTIONAL through the final process. She was clear and professional, explained everything in an understandable way, and again, not pushy, but patient and resourceful. I wasn't rushed through anything, and again, felt as though I was a valued guest of hers. Despite my apprehension of having to get a car earlier than planned, I am so grateful to have met these two fine professionals, Paul and Kati, and I am so happy to have come across Suntrup Hyundai. I love my new Sonata and I love my experience with the dealership and their wonderful representatives. Thank you Kati. Suntrup should be very proud to have you as one of the faces of their company.
