On the other side of the family tree, Don’s children, Butch and Craig, are proud partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia, Suntrup Hyundai, and BMW of West St. Louis. As Craig Suntrup reflects, "We all started early in the business, around age 12, doing the grunt work—washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting walls."

If you value honesty, integrity, and your credit score stay away. BJ is not someone you want to be handling your transaction. BJ does not follow through on what he says. He will run your credit when yo stay away. BJ is not someone you want to be handling your transaction. BJ does not follow through on what he says. He will run your credit when you're already approved via your own lender, and will be very difficult to work with if you need to cancel an extended warranty when you get rid of a car. Our salesman was amazing in getting a new car sorted out, however BJ is extremely disrespectful, rude, and lies until both parties are present. We have purchased 5 cars over the years from this dealership. After how my mother was treated I will not be returning for the 6th purchase. As a side note, this review is directly for BJ. Our salesman and other we worked with are generally outstanding. When it comes down to it though, BJ is the person who is handling the credit information, and BJ can be the most impactful in the damage he can do to your credit and monetary future. More

I have owned my Kia Sedona for over 10 years. She has 179K miles on her. I have never had an issue with my minivan, but thought I was ready for a change. I planned on replacing her with another Kia since 179K miles on her. I have never had an issue with my minivan, but thought I was ready for a change. I planned on replacing her with another Kia since I had such good service, however, I went in another direction. With that being said, I just wanted to thank and praise the staff at Kia. For the past 10 years, everyone in the service department has treated me so kindly when I came in for an oil change. There was never any pressure to get this filter or that filter like you find at the quickly oil change places. Also, I received stellar help from my salesman, Moe Saad, when I was looking for a new Kia. No pressure, just help. When I told him I was going with another type vehicle, he was kind and friendly, saying that I need to be happy with whatever vehicle I purchased. Such a nice change from some other salesman I have met in the past...not at Kia. I will always recommend Kia to anyone purchasing a vehicle...and go straight to Moe Saab if you are looking for a great salesman!!! More
