We have purchased three cars as a family from this dealership and due to the service department here I will never purchase another. The are always trying to upswell expense un-needed services and misinform their customers about what is needed to keep your warranty. Clay is beyond rude and possibly the worst I’ve dealt with. Brian has always been fantastic. However today Cindy informed us that our service plan ran out at 36,000 miles and when I asked why I have received free oil changes since then she immediately directed me to finance. She said you guys seem alright but I don’t like you that much to pay for your oil change. If this is the best customer service you have to offer that is pathetic! More
