I’m giving one start because my experience was horrible. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle and I WISH I could go back in time & never give this company my money! First, the 2014 Kia Optima I bought This is my first time purchasing a vehicle and I WISH I could go back in time & never give this company my money! First, the 2014 Kia Optima I bought had a minor crack on the front bumper on the right side, I was told the bumper was being replaced only to find out after I signed and was given the keys the bumper was not replaced. When I asked Kelly about it she said “I guess they didn’t have enough money or they just decided not to fix it, I don’t know, but I will order you a paint pen.” Second, while I was at the dealership I was told the car was in the back getting detailed. The car was NOT cleaned at all. It was a Blues hat in the back window, Tim McGraw cd in the armrest, dirt smudges on the inside of the doors and coins and bottle caps on the back floor. About 10mins after leaving the dealership the low tire pressure light came on. I called Kelly about this and she said it was new hire 18yr olds and to bring it back and she will have them clean it better. Even though no one ever attempted to clean that car. The guy BJ who took my payment never gave me copies of any documents I signed and when I reached out to him he said it would be mailed. Almost a month passes (3days before a full month) and I finally receive my title with NO safety and Emissions paperwork. I called them today and they said they would call back but never did. Also my deductible was set to 2,000 by someone when the paperwork was filed only for the lender to deny it and wouldn’t pay Suntrup until I lowered it. I was hassled by the lender and Kelly and BJ even though I told them it takes 5business days to update per Progressive. Kia Suntrup South on South Lindbergh is really disappointing . I honestly believe my race & age was the reason that car was not cleaned and obviously not inspected due to the tire light coming on, on my way home from the dealership. I clearly chose the wrong dealership to put a 2,000 payment down on a car. More
I came in because of the warranty Kia offers and wasn’t sure if I would like the car enough until I saw and drove the Sedona and I am now driving it home. I loved our salesman.
