I'd already visited one Kia dealership earlier in the day and the person that greeted me there didn't have much interest in talking with me, an older woman alone. He didn't really care. I prepared myself for a similar experience at Suntrup but it was not at all the same. Walter greeted me (at an appropriate distance) and actively listened to all my questions and concerns. His knowledge of the model is impressive and his demeanor, professional and warm.
