Quick and Efficient with Great Customer Service! This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Suntrup Kia, and I will admit, I was nervous because the previous salesman I had used was relocated t This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Suntrup Kia, and I will admit, I was nervous because the previous salesman I had used was relocated to a different store a few years ago. Moe made himself readily available and asked if he could earn my business. I was not in the market for a new vehicle as I LOVED my 2016 Sedona, but the manager Jeff called a few days before and asked if we would be interested in upgrading to a new car if the numbers worked out. Long story short, I brought my van in for a quick appraisal and within two hours, I drove off in a new van with a minimal (only $25/month) increase in my payments! I was very satisfied with Moe's knowledge and friendliness, as well as his ability to get us within a payment range with which we were comfortable. Jarrod in the finance department was able to get us in and out of his office in under ten minutes. I look forward to coming back for my service and maintenance with the awesome service department at Suntrup Kia! More
