Clay is a phenomenal service adviser, he keeps you up to date with what the technician is doing to your car. If their is something that needs attention, he comes and explains it to you, let's you know if it date with what the technician is doing to your car. However, when I went to Suntrup Kia, everything changed. I met and worked with Walter Brown. In my opinion, he is the epitome of what a car salesman should be.
