On the other side of the family tree, Don’s children, Butch and Craig, are proud partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia, Suntrup Hyundai, and BMW of West St. Louis. As Craig Suntrup reflects, "We all started early in the business, around age 12, doing the grunt work—washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting walls."

Previously I purchased a 2016 Soul from Suntrup and was very happy with it until it was totaled in an accident (I was uninjured and the car was still drivable, a testament to its safety and build quality!) very happy with it until it was totaled in an accident (I was uninjured and the car was still drivable, a testament to its safety and build quality!). While I waited for the other party’s insurance to reimburse me, I ended up talking to Brandon at the dealership. Even though I made it clear I would not be purchasing a car that day, he took the time to locate used and new models that fit my needs, answered all of my many questions, and even offered a test drive. He didn’t pressure me to look at anything other than what I was interested in. When I went back a few days later he was just as laid back and helpful. He even managed to get me the exact vehicle I wanted from off site that same day. I decided to go with a new 2020 Soul and couldn’t be happier with it. Having looked around at other dealers in the region, Suntrup has the most competitive prices and an excellent warranty, so once I knew what I wanted buying from them again was an easy choice. More
