Bimmer Convertible I saw a car I liked online & clicked on the "chat". A representative asked me to come to the dealership to see it. It wasn't ready yet so that was a negative, but the salesman (Brandon) offered to take me to the prep location to see it. He was very nice & very easy to work with. He helped in any way he could & over a week or so we came to a deal. I told him I was ready to buy & asked when a good time to consummate the transaction. I came to the dealership & after waiting a while for Brandon (he was with another customer) he finished the paperwork quickly, but it took over 2 hours to drive the car away. The numbers had been agreed upon & I had asked for a time to pick up the car. I expected it to ready. I wouldn't have minded coming at another time if it wasn't.
