They took the time to walk my husband and myself through the process and made sure we were completely comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. When I went in the first time, Dan listened to me and helped me find a car that fit my needs in no time at all. With the second car, Dan worked very hard and very diligently to find exactly what I wanted and had it sitting there, already washed and ready for me to come in and sign some papers and go home. What this shows is that Dan listens and cares enough about you to remember! That is unheard of from a car dealership these days! Michael has to be one of the greatest sales managers in the business, it really shows in the actions and attitude of his team. The team in that dealership is outstanding, smiling and always having a great time! The sales staff and finance work together seamlessly to make your experience the best that it can be. Top Notch My husband wanted to get out from under his motorcycle that he was upside down on but he didn't know where to start, or if it would even be possible. My husband wanted to get out from under his motorcycle that he was upside down on but he didn't know where to start, or if it would even be possible. This was also an emotional decision because he had been riding since he was 18 and had owned a bike for several years but felt it was becoming too risky with so many inattentive drivers on the road. He visited Suntrup Kia and met with Mike Parsons. Mike listened to my husband's concerns, admired the bike, and even talked about his own. He really understood where my husband was coming from and could relate that this was not an easy decision. Within an hour, Mike had shown him a beautiful GMC Sierra that was newer, and had fewer miles than his current vehicle. We ended up making the trade. Our new monthly payments turned out to be substantially lower than what we had been paying which was an unexpected bonus! Mike and his team made us feel like they were on our side. We never felt pressured and from sales to service we received nothing but top notch service. Mike even called to let us know when our trade sold (which was actually the same day) which left us feeling happy that someone else was already enjoying our bike and it wasn't just sitting on a lot. Mike Parsons really put a personal touch on a process that is often dreaded. We have recommended Mike, and Suntrup Kia to friends and family who have also had their own satisfactory experiences. We'll definitely be repeat customers. More

Suntrup had a great reputation, we had the pleasure of meeting Dan Mann who was awesome from start to finish. Very professional & patient with us while driving 3 different Sorentos. He even pulled one of them off the show room for us to drive. In the end - they didn't have the color that we wanted, So, Dan and his team were able to get the car from another dealership within an hour. It was a pleasant experience in a no pressure environment. We drove away signed sealed delivered, the same day. We can't say enough about their efforts to go out of their way to help you, thank you Dan Mann and your team . Dave Chadwick was also great in the Finance office- a true knowledgeable professional. Dan worked tirelessly to find a vehicle that had what we wanted and fir the price. He was never pushy and he took his time to get us a vehicle. At the end of the day, we left with a brand new vehicle. The dealership really stepped up for our trade and to get a vehicle with the options that we wanted. We will definitely go back for another vehicle when it comes time. More
