Suntrup Kia was a casual, comfortable experience-- they allowed me to take 4 separate test drives (with out a sales person) to narrow down the model I wanted. I've bought a few cars in my day and this by far was the easiest process. Very little of that "let me see what the boss says" in our negotiations. We walked in at 2 pm and drove away with my Kia Soul at 6:30. More

The entire staff was so friendly and hassle free, which made our visit very enjoyable. Our sales rep Lindsay Rey was a complete pleasure to work with. She showed us some vehicles we were interested in, and suggested some that we didn't know were an option. She was very knowledgable on all the features of the automobiles, mileage, and warranties. After we chose the right car for us, Lindsay explained everything in detail, and next thing we knew, we finished our financing and she showed us to our new car which was waiting for us washed, temp plated, and with the keys in it. I have already referred several close friends and family to this location and to Lindsay. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I plan on returning shortly to purchase my spouses new car. More
