HORRIBLE i am a older female and i think they played me for the fool. has anyone ever heard of putting a deposit of 500.00 down so they could run a credit report?? yep, greg brown, asked me as i have for the fool. has anyone ever heard of putting a deposit of 500.00 down so they could run a credit report?? yep, greg brown, asked me as i have my coat and keys in hand, to use my debit card to give him 500.00 to do a credit report on me, when i asked him why he shuffled around and said. in case i bow out of the deal. there was NO deal at that point no deal was even made, then, the next day he called and and was anything but professional. pressured me to get the loan going or the car would be gone the next day. again, older single woman, by myself i think had alot to do with it i mentioned that i was going to report this shady dealings, and that seemed to strike a nerve, I had an uneasy feeling the entire time i was there. i told him this didnt feel right and he told me he could only keep the price of the car if i "did the deal tonight" "car might not be there in the am" guess what? care is still there and available per our conversation, OLDER females just beware i am sure this will be taken down, but, on to the BBB More

Absolutely blown away by how easy and stress free this car purchase experience was. Moe found us a car that exceeded our expectations for our budget and was super easy to work with. There was a check engine code showing when we test drove the car and it was addressed promptly before we took the car home. Moe was excellent about keeping us updated about the process. The final paperwork went quickly and at no point were we pressured into buying additional items. The price was clearly communicated up front and totally transparent start to finish. We have gotten several follow up communications since taking the car home thanking us for our business and providing us further information on service availably and car functionality features for future needs.
