I dealt with Scott Seifried and he was AMAZING!! He was very personable and was very attentive to my situation and needs. He worked very hard and quickly to assist me through the entire process of my purch very personable and was very attentive to my situation and needs. At no time did he or any member of the team make me feel pressured or uneasy. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable with any and all questions that I had. Scott never presented himself as that typical or stereotypical "car salesman" he presented himself as a customer service representative which would handle your sale and assist you with the purchase of a vehicle and just wanted to make sure I left with a smile on my face. As a woman and single mother this was exactly what I was looking for. He at no time ever tried to over or up sale me. I actually began my process with Suntrup over the internet with a pre approval application and Scott was the sales rep that I began to deal with. He immediately began to look for the vehicle I was interested in and one that fit my situation. This entire process was done mostly over the phone due to my work schedule that day. I went into meet with him the next business day and parked right in front were the 2 vehicles that fit me perfectly. I looked, drove, we discussed all the options and a decision was made. Any representative that can assist me without being over baring or extremely annoying gets 2 thumbs up in my book. He never pestered me and was very honest and up front with everything from the first moment we spoke until I walked out with the keys to my new Kia. He made sure that I was totally happy with the vehicle before any paperwork was signed. The finance department was AMAZING as well. If you are looking for a dealership with a great selection of vehicles, GREAT sales and customer service team, as well as some of the nicest guys to deal with when purchasing a new car. I bought a car a week ago from today and prior to going in the dealer I was working with Nick Pashos on the phone. Nick was helpful on the calls and even more so in person. He was very busy with another customer when I arrived but did not let that stop him from helping me also. He did an amazing job showing me options and juggling a few customers at once. The Deal was pretty easy, Nick showed me options and colors and trim levels. Of course the one I decided on wasn't on the lot, Had the trim level just not the color. Nick went to the phones and located one for me within 15 miles. He arranged for it to be brought over within the hour and I was driving home in the car of my choice within 4 hours of walking in the dealer. Lastly I wanted heated seats but not all the other options. Nick told me about a few companies they do business with and facilitated the installation for me. He scheduled the appointment and called me the next Monday to ensure I was good with the timing. If you are in the market for a car do yourself a favor and go see Nick. More

I explained to him that I recently had a really bad experience at another dealership while they to buy a car he told me I wouldn't have anything to worry about and he would make sure I was well taken cared of. We got the paperwork started and he later told me I got the car (which I was excited because this is my first purchase by myself). Nick took the time to make sure I was okay with everything before I signed anything and I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I look forward to building a relationship with Kia in the future. More

Came in to look @ a used Kia advertised online. Clean car on Carfax. Nick assured us that it had passed mechanical checks, but would not have a warranty due to mileage (>100,000). We assumed that a brand dealer selling a used car in their line would be both competent and honest. One day later, engine light comes on (had they reset it @ dealer?). Our mechanic says it has a bad O2 sensor and Catalytic Converter and needed a serious tune up. I doubt very much that anything was done beyond a superficial cleaning. Honest Nick won't return calls. Given that anything they tell you is BS, you would be better buying from a private seller....cheaper and more honest. More

While I am sure another dealer could have found us the same car, I'm confident that they could not replicate the awesome experience I had with Dave. Buying this car from Dave and Suntrup really raised my standards and opened my eyes to what customer service should look like. Dave sent me an email with pictures of the cars available, when I expressed intrest in a specific one he went out into the snow and filmed a video of it for me, it was so helpful and made a great impression. His friendly, relaxed demeaner made what could have been a stressful unpleasant experience very easy and fun. And he never once complained about me dragging him out into the cold, wet weather to see the car again and to see other cars when I started waffling back and forth on my decision about which model I wanted to purchase. My parents referred me to Dave and after my personal experience, I would definitely recommend him to friends and will be looking for him to assist with me with my future car purchases. I have purchased from Suntrup before and will continue using them for all my future car needs.
