Just a decade after Bill launched his first dealership, his brother Don joined him, and together, they laid the foundation for what would become the Suntrup Automotive Group.

Bill's sons, Chris and Tom, are partners in Suntrup West County Volvo, with Tom also serving as President and CEO of Suntrup Ford Kirkwood, Suntrup Buick GMC in St. Peters, and Suntrup Ford Westport.
On the other side of the family tree, Don’s children, Butch and Craig, are proud partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia, Suntrup Hyundai, and BMW of West St. Louis. As Craig Suntrup reflects, "We all started early in the business, around age 12, doing the grunt work—washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting walls."

I dropped my car off this morning at 7am. Wanted an oil change and there was a recall. I was asked if I would be waiting. I said no, it is now 3pm the service tech. Refuses to call me back. J Wanted an oil change and there was a recall. I was asked if I would be waiting. I said no, it is now 3pm the service tech. Refuses to call me back. Just keeps sending me texts. But will not call. I will never take my car here again. So upset. I moved here from Denver. Never had such horrible service in my life. Working with Cindy, if she has time to text me she has time to call me. I went and got my car. The seat belt issue is still not fixed. What a cluster. More
